Men’s circles

The men’s circle is a meeting place, where we hear, see and support each other. It’s a safe place to be yourself and where we respect each other for who we are. A place where you come as a man to talk radically honestly and openly with each other and thus transcend the stigma of what should belong to a man. We refuse to be slaves of our own wounds and take responsibility to heal from the pain. It is a place where we dream, exchange ideas and make concrete plans. This all from the strength of our hearts. The men’s circle is a place to connect and support each other, and where we come together in our own strength, from authenticity, connection and playfulness.

Before we are born, we are already characterized to be pigeonholed. The consequences of this are that we have to live in the image of ‘role models’ and deal with the legacy of all who have gone before us. This is how we learn to adapt, tick the boxes, and thus get stuck in a vicious circle. So are you tired of having to live up to the stigma and tick all the boxes of what should be a man? Then the men’s circle is for you!

We come together in a circle, in which we all stand next to each other and are equals, each gets the same amount of space and is supported the same. It is a sacred place where we come into contact with the deepest core within ourselves. It is a space to look at each person’s personal pieces without judgement. In which we act as a mirror for each other. This creates brotherhood and connection. In the men’s circles we come together to restore the natural balance within and outside ourselves. It is a meeting place where you are invited to YES!! to say to yourself. The men’s circle is a sanctuary to be raw, unfiltered, vulnerable and above all connected with our brothers.
